Ferry service along the Pink Route has been shut down for “emergency repairs”.

A spokesman for the Department of Marine and Ports said shortly after 5pm that the route, which services Paget, Warwick and the City of Hamilton, had been suspended effective immediately.

“The department apologises for any inconvenience, and the public will be advised when the service resumes,” the spokesman said.
