Mullet Bay paving works to progress this weekend

Paving work on Mullet Bay Road in St George’s will continue this weekend, the Ministry of Public Works and Environment has reminded residents.
The work will take place from 7.30am to 6pm from today through Sunday.
“Motorists travelling through the construction zone — particularly near the bends adjacent to Mullet Bay Park — are urged to slow down and drive cautiously,” the ministry said.
“The roadway will narrow in sections, increasing the risk to workers on site as vehicles pass.
“Police patrols will monitor traffic throughout the weekend to help ensure public and worker safety.”
Road users were thanked for their patience.
