Residents have been invited to a free event that will celebrate health, connection and neighbourhood pride.

The open event at Treehouse, in Hamilton, is titled “New Kids on the Block“.

Tiffany Paynter, a cofounder of the wellness and yoga hub, said: "We wanted to welcome new faces through our doors and invite our neighbours who work and live within a few block of us to come inside and find out what we offer here.

“This special event is all about inviting the community to meet the incredible local businesses and entrepreneurs in the space.

“Guests can enjoy complimentary yoga, Pilates, sound baths, mini-massages and a variety of health and wellness samples throughout the day.

“It’s a rare chance to try new experiences in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.”

Attendees will also discover some of the new “small businesses making a big impact” including Calm Therapy, Shambhala, Epic Wellness & The Drip Bar, Harmony Birth, Bleached.byKeish and TR Whitening.

There will be free food, coffee, yoga, a door raffle and activities, as well as an opportunity to foster deeper relationships with businesses and community members.

Ms Paynter added: “Drop by for good times, good neighbours and a great day at Treehouse.”

• The open house will take place on July 12 from 9am to 4pm at 12 Trott Road, Hamilton
