Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd, a global speciality insurer headquartered in Bermuda, has announced it will release its financial results for the second quarter ending June 30 on Tuesday, August 13, after the close of the financial markets.

The company said that the full earnings release will be made available to investors via the “investors” section of its website at investors.fidelisinsurance.com.

Dan Burrows, group chief executive; Allan Decleir, chief financial officer; and Jonny Strickle, group managing director, will host an investor conference call on Wednesday, August 14, at 9am Eastern time to discuss the company’s Q2 performance and related developments.

The call will include a question-and-answer segment and can be accessed by dialling 1-404-975-4839 for US callers or 1-833-470-1428 for international participants, using passcode 118994.

A live, listen-only webcast of the call will also be streamed on the company’s website for those unable to join by phone.

Fidelis operates from offices in Bermuda, Ireland and the UK. Its operating companies currently hold financial strength ratings of A (Excellent) from AM Best, A- from S&P, and A3 from Moody’s.
