Industry leaders strengthen Mosaic’s advisory board
Mosaic Insurance has bolstered its advisory board with three new high-profile appointments: Peter Breitstone, George Hanna and Tom Kim. They will join Joe Boren, the existing chairman, to steer the firm’s strategic growth, especially in the US market.
“Under Joe’s leadership, this formidable panel of experts is sharing its deep business knowledge and multi‑industry experience to help drive Mosaic’s all‑important expansion, particularly in the US,” said Mark Wheeler, co-chief executive.
Mr Boren, an adviser at Synapse Service LLC, praised the board’s new members: “We’re delighted to welcome three highly respected senior leaders whose insights, expertise and networks bring strategic value to Mosaic … We’re working closely with Mosaic’s team to lend our expertise and support as they build out the business.”
Mr Breitstone is a risk adviser and consultant, former boutique environmental brokerage founder and adviser to firms such as Zurich North America and Aon.
Mr Hanna is a former chief legal and administrative officer at Secureworks, instrumental in its sale to Sophos, and brings extensive experience in global compliance and corporate counsel roles.
Mr Kim is a former managing director at KKR and global risk manager, credited with building an insurance platform worth billions in equity across more than 1,000 deals. He commented: “This is a dynamic young company with a bold vision and tremendous culture. We look forward to offering perspectives that will help the team unlock new opportunities and drive profitable growth.”
Mosaic Insurance continues to collaborate with nearly 30 top-rated carriers and operates Lloyd’s Syndicate 1609.
