The Florenz Webbe Maxwell Youth Library will close early on Friday, the Department of Libraries and Archives said.
A spokesman said the library on Church Street will close at 1pm to accommodate a special event and will resume regular hours the following business day.
He added: “We encourage patrons to plan their visits accordingly and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
