Bacardi Ltd has made a series of senior internal appointments affecting its global operations and headquarters in Bermuda.

Dave Ingram has been named chief people and business transformation officer, taking responsibility for talent management, succession planning, performance management and capability building.

He joined Bacardi in 2022 and most recently served as chief supply chain officer, leading global operations and logistics. Mr Ingram, who has lived and worked in Singapore, Amsterdam, Shanghai, Mexico, Britain and Bermuda, will remain part of the Bacardi global leadership team and continue to report to Mahesh Madhavan, the chief executive.

Mr Ingram’s appointment is effective immediately. He will be based at the company’s Bermuda headquarters, pending immigration approval.

His appointment follows the retirement of Scott Northcutt after 16 years heading the people organisation. Mr Northcutt will continue with the company as senior vice-president of family development programmes.

Succeeding Mr Ingram is Nicole Zukowski, promoted to chief supply chain officer. She also joins the global leadership team, reporting to Mr Madhavan. Ms Zukowski previously led the North America supply chain, including operations at Bacardi’s distillery in Puerto Rico, Angel’s Envy Bourbon in Kentucky and the Jacksonville bottling facility.

She has also held senior roles at Nike and L’Oréal, and was named one of the 100 most influential women in supply chain by the Global Women Supply Chain Leaders Awards in 2020.

Nicole’s role will be filled by Guillermo Donayre, appointed senior vice-president of North America supply chain while retaining responsibility for Patrón tequila and agave production in Mexico. He has three decades of operations experience across Latin America and joined Bacardi in 2023. He will relocate to the company’s North America regional office in Coral Gables, Florida.

In addition, Pamela Chanona, currently vice-president of market supply chain in Europe, will add Latin America and the Caribbean to her responsibilities.

Mr Madhavan said: “We’re proud to appoint exceptional talent from within our organisation into these critical roles. These leaders have consistently demonstrated deep expertise, a strong commitment to our values and the ability to lead at scale.”

Ms Zukowski, Mr Donayre and Ms Chanona will assume their new roles on January 1.
