Juanita Seaman, of Smith Hill, pleaded guilty to riding an unlicensed and uninsured motorcycle when she was disqualified by reason of her age.
Prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said Police were called to an accident on Dutton Avenue, in Pembroke around 9.10 p.m. on December 3, 1994.
They found Seaman at the accident scene, after she had failed to negotiate a left hand bend, causing her cycle to strike a car.
Seaman was also under age and the motorcycle was uninsured and unlicensed.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined Seaman $100 for riding an uninsured motorcycle, $200 because it was also uninsured and $150 because she was underage.
PARKING WARNING TFC Parking warning Police yesterday reminded motorists that it is vital that all vehicles, including cycles, be moved immediately after 5 p.m. on Friday for the Bank of Butterfield Front Street mile race.
"For the assistance of the media, there will be a jeep driven along Front Street during the races,'' Police said. "Therefore the entire width of Front Street will be required to ensure the safety of the runners.'' Vehicles parked on Front Street after 5 p.m. will be towed away.
TEEN STILL MISSING POL Teen still missing Police yesterday reported that teenager Jahdiya Trott was still missing.
The 15-year-old returned to her Pembroke home around 9 p.m. on Monday, but went missing again around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Police immediately.
