Gender Affairs Council event postponed

A public forum that was scheduled to be held this evening with the Gender Affairs Council has been postponed, it was announced this morning.
Owing to the expected impact of Hurricane Melissa, the event, “Gender (Affairs Council): What is it?” will be pushed back in the interest of safety.
A statement added: “The Gender Affairs Council is actively working to confirm a new date, which will be announced as soon as possible.
“The council sincerely apologises for any inconvenience and greatly appreciates the public’s understanding during this time.”
