Dear Sir,
After the appalling weather at the Remembrance Day Parade, I wonder if someone could arrange the design and sponsorship of rain jackets for occasional use by the children involved.
They showed great courage while standing to attention for almost an hour in pouring rain and a cold wind.
I wonder how many of them missed school this week while recovering from their parade duties.
