A man was released on $5,000 bail after he denied roaming a public street with a crossbow.
Tyari Harvey, 48, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court yesterday to possession of the prohibited weapon.
The incident was alleged to have happened in the early hours of June 8 in Pembroke.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case until January 19.
She ordered Mr Harvey, from St George’s, to adhere to a curfew from 9pm to 6am as part of his bail conditions.
