Order new Pink Route ferries

Not ferry funny: The Pink Route ferry service between Paget, Warwick and Hamilton has been suspended after its only vessel needed repairs.
Dear Sir,
I see, yet again, that the Pink Route ferry has been discontinued until further notice.
I recently rode in on the 8.30am from Belmont. I did a headcount and figured about 100 people in total were on those three ferries that go in from Darrell's Wharf, Salt Kettle and Belmont every morning.
That means 100 less cars going into town. With a frequent and reliable service you could easily double that number. Imagine 200 less cars coming from the West End!
That would make a huge difference to the gridlock that occurs every morning. So, my question to the Government is … are two new ferries on order?
If not, why not?
