Adams commends steadfast work of street sweepers

Jaché Adams, the Minister of Public Works and Environment, hosted an event in to recognise the hard work of Bermuda’s street sweepers.
Mr Adams said the team, which has expanded to 20 sweepers after efforts to strengthen numbers, complements continuing initiatives to maintain Bermuda’s highways.
He explained: “The people of Bermuda have been asking for cleaner roads, better visibility and safer conditions.
“We’re not ignoring that, we’re acting on it — these sweepers are part of that response, part of that commitment and part of a wider plan to improve infrastructure across Bermuda.”
