Serious motorcycle crash blocks traffic on major Hamilton road

A motorcyclist suffered apparent had injuries following a crash on Reid Street near Chancery Lane.
The crash, which caused extended traffic diversions, occurred shortly after 5.30pm when the rider lost control while exiting a garage.
Police said EMTs attended to him for apparent head injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Reid Street was closed between Parliament and Burnaby Streets.
