Industry veteran named Rego Sotheby’s top-producing agent
Veteran real estate agent Margaret Young has been named 2025 top producing agent at Rego Sotheby’s International Realty in the firm’s annual staff awards.
Ms Young has been in the real estate industry for 47 years and with the firm for a quarter of a century.
“This recognition truly belongs to the many loyal buyers and sellers who have trusted me to guide them on their real estate journeys over the years,” she said. “I’m deeply grateful.”
In a previous interview with The Royal Gazette Ms Young said she looked at real estate as a matchmaking exercise, sometimes knowing the perfect place for a person before they even knew they wanted to move.
Christina Georgopoulos won most valuable selling agent by sales unit volume, tied with Ms Young and most valuable listing agent, listings sold by volume.
She had the most listings that sold within the company over the past year.
The agent said: “I couldn’t have achieved these awards without the incredible clients and relationships that make this work so meaningful. I am beyond grateful to have the trust, support and referrals that continue to fuel my passion for delivering exceptional client service in the real estate industry.”
Rachel Sawden was the 2025 top rental agent, for her work in both the residential and commercial markets.
She was grateful for the opportunity to guide both residential and commercial clients and prospects through successful leasing transactions.
“Each lease is an important step for a business owner or family and I take that responsibility very seriously,” she said. “I am honoured by the relationships built and results achieved with clients and prospects, along with my amazing team.”
RSIR agency manager Ben Rego was proud of the continued growth and performance of the company’s individual agents, alongside those consistent top performers and market leaders.
