Teenager given additional roads ban
A teenager has been disqualified from driving all vehicles until October.
Junior Garcia, 18, admitted driving while disqualified and riding an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
Garcia, from Pembroke, committed the offences on April 12, when he was already disqualified from driving all vehicles.
Magistrate Maria Sofianos fined him $2,850 for the offences and extended his disqualification by six months.
Ms Sofianos ordered Garcia to complete 143 hours of community service in lieu of paying the fines.
