An autopsy will be carried out after a man was found dead at a sports facility this week, police have confirmed.

The individual was discovered unresponsive at the Bermuda Athletic Association gym at about 6.20am on Wednesday.

“His death was confirmed by an on-call doctor in attendance at the sports club and the scene was processed,” the Bermuda Police Service said.

“Pending an autopsy, no further information will be shared, at this time.”
