Vision dancers take to the stage at City Hall
A journey through assorted decades of dance is coming to the Earl Cameron Theatre this weekend courtesy of Vision School of Dance.
Angie Hayward, founder and school director, said Vision’s fifth annual dance recital would take the audience “as far back as the dinosaur days, all the way to the future”.
“This year’s recital, Before and After, speaks for itself.”
Dance themes range from the 1600s to interpretations of the future, with dancers from age 2 to adult.
More than 80 dancers will take to the stage in Hamilton City Hall this Friday and Saturday at 7pm — joined by the Sui Generis and AOKrew dance groups, with Rakai J Richie as host.
Ms Hayward promised “a showcase of excitement, energy and creativity in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip-hop, contemporary and vogue”.
Tickets to the school’s big night are available online at www.bdatix.bm.
