Butterfield shares climb in New York

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed marginally higher
The RG/BSX Index finished up 1.96 (0.06 per cent) at 3,540.87 after 4,212 Allshores shares ($100,908) traded, finishing 20 cents (0.8 per cent) higher at $24. There was no other trading of domestic companies on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Butterfield Bank closed at $56.96 or 65 cents (1.15 per cent) higher on the New York Stock Exchange.
