The second series of the Bermuda Bankers Association begins with Part 1: Protecting the Customer

Neville Grant is the CEO of the Bermuda Bankers Associations and an Independent Non-Executive Director and the former Chief Executive Officer of Bermuda Commercial Bank. Neville’s nearly 30-year business career includes a number of senior roles in banking formally with HSBC, both locally and internationally, as well as the former General Manager of Bermuda Economic Development Corporation. Neville sits on a few boards and committees including Fortitude Re, Aurum Fund, the Cost-of-Living Commission, the Ecommerce Advisory Board and the Centennial Bermuda Foundation – Economic Participation Committee. Nevile has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Andrews University and a Masters in Business of Business Administration from Webster University. After spending time with his wife and two children, son – 18 and daughter - 16, Neville spends his time boating, fishing and travelling for enjoyment.

Steven Hardy is a cybersecurity and operational risk leader, serving as Cyber and Information security manager at Bermuda Commercial Bank. With a background spanning local and international insurance, banking and consulting, he brings deep expertise in cyber resilience, technology risk, and fraud. Steven also served as Deputy Chair of the Bermuda Government’s Cybersecurity Advisory Board, where he helped shape the island’s national cybersecurity strategy. An industry certified professional, he regularly advises boards and senior leaders on navigating cyber threats, incident response, and digital risk governance across global financial services environments. In his spare time he volunteers as a cyber security instructor with local charity Technology Leadership Forum.
