Celebrity weatherman’s sunny time in Bermuda

Weatherman and TV personality Al Roker enjoyed a recent short stay in Bermuda, sharing his experiences with his one million social-media followers.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, Mr Roker wrote that he and his wife, Deborah Roberts, an award-winning journalist and co-anchor of 20/20 on ABC News, enjoyed a “beautiful” long weekend on the island, praising his time at The Loren at Pink Beach.

Mr Roker, best known for his work on the Today Show, also remarked that he had enjoyed food at several local restaurants including Munchies by the Sea, Tom Moore’s Tavern and Palomino.

The post featured photographs and video of Mr Roker from several of the locations, along with the beach and a Bermuda sunset.

Within the first day, the post had garnered almost 21,000 likes and more than 370 comments.
