Residents are invited to take part in a free event tomorrow at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute designed to spark curiosity and imagination for visitors.

The annual Oceans Open House will run from 10am to 3pm in celebration of World Oceans Month.

The line-up of activities include the BUEI’s popular Kids Hour Saturday event which will run at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm.

Learners of all ages will be submersed into the amazing world of octopuses with a short film, book reading and hands-on educational fun.

Other events include a scavenger hunt, ocean plastics arts and crafts, as well as science experiments.

The BUEI said families, students, educators and the community will enjoy the “dynamic, double-feature day” of ocean exploration and fun.
