The Conyers 2026 Bermuda Summer Law Student Programme includes nine students who will be immersed in practical legal experience, the firm said.

During the eight-week programme, they will be exposed to active matters as they work alongside existing lawyers.

A Conyers statement said: “Participants will develop practical skills in areas such as legal research, drafting, due diligence, case preparation and client service, while gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day realities of practising law in a leading international firm.

“Each student is also paired with mentors who provide guidance, support and regular feedback throughout the programme.

“Beyond hands-on legal experience, the programme is designed to provide students with a broader understanding of the profession and the evolving career pathways available within Bermuda’s legal industry.”

Marcello Ausenda, director and head of the Bermuda Corporate practice, said: “At Conyers, we are committed to identifying, nurturing and supporting the next generation of Bermudian lawyers.

“Our Summer Law Student Programme is designed to give talented aspiring lawyers meaningful, practical experience in an environment that helps them make an informed decision about their future role in the profession.
