Man suffers facial injuries in Cooper’s Island crash

A man was left with possible head and facial injuries after a crash in St David’s tonight.
A police spokesman said that shortly after 10.15pm emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a serious single-vehicle crash at the roundabout on Cooper’s Island Road.
The spokesman added: “It was reported that the male rider sustained possible head and facial injuries.
“He was attended to at the scene by EMTs and subsequently transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for further treatment of his injuries, the extent of which is unknown at this time.”
