PwC Bermuda announced the promotion of three of its staff to director.

The professional-services firm said Danielle Lawrence, Cindy Stewart, and George Owouche have each “demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to delivering value for clients and colleagues”.

These appointments reflect the firm's continued investment in developing its people, strengthening its capabilities, and advancing a diverse and inclusive leadership team.

Ms Lawrence, has been appointed director, captive insurance services. She began her career with PwC Bermuda in 2011 as a summer intern through the firm’s HeadStart programme.

Ms Lawrence now leads PwC Bermuda's dedicated captive insurance team, advising a broad portfolio of clients. Her leadership and contributions to the captive insurance sector were recently recognised through her inclusion in Captive Review's prestigious “Forty Under 40” global list.

Ms Stewart has been appointed director, internal firm services — finance.

The firm described her as “a dedicated leader within PwC Bermuda’s internal firm services team”, where she plays a key role in supporting the firm's finance operations and strategic objectives.

Ms Stewart is committed to coaching and empowering her team to achieve success, while delivering high-quality support across the finance function, PwC added.

George Owouche has been appointed director, assurance. He works with clients in the banking and asset management sectors, bringing over 12 years of experience in audit and assurance, including seven years at PwC UK.

Mr Owouche leads audit and other assurance services for banking, private equity and venture capital clients. His appointment is subject to the approval of the Bermuda Department of Immigration.
