Bermuda’s rich footballing culture has been profiled on Concacaf’s YouTube channel.

The island is the latest Concacaf member to be highlighted in the Federation In Focus docuseries, which aims to bring some of the region’s participants into view around the world.

The four-minute film offers a cinematic look at the people, places and passion that shape the game on the island through the Bermuda Football Association (BFA), while highlighting the continued work being done to develop football at all levels, including among the next generation of players.

Viewers are taken inside the evolution of the sport through high-quality match footage, behind-the-scenes access and exclusive interviews with key figures who have shaped the game locally.

“Through Federation in Focus, we are proud to showcase the incredible work being done by our Member Associations to grow the game at every level,” said Concacaf president Victor Montagliani.

“The story of football in Bermuda is one of immense passion and resilience. This feature celebrates their unique journey and the ‘Football First’ philosophy that continues to drive progress across our region.”

The episode features conversations with Bermuda Football Association president Mark Wade, as well as general secretary David Sabir and technical development director Maurice Lowe.

It also captures the essence of Bermuda’s local culture, filming at key locations such as the Royal Navy Dockyard, providing a vibrant backdrop for the federation’s story.

“Being selected for Federation in Focus is a proud moment for our football family,” said Wade.

“The feature gives our stakeholders and the world a look into what we do and how we view football. It allows the world to see the talent and dedication that exists within Bermuda and the bright future we are building for our youth”.
