A motorist who collided with a bike in Warwick was fined $800 in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Cory Boyce, 36, admitted riding a bike without due care and attention.

The court heard that Boyce, from Warwick, collided with a cycle as he was pulling out of a parking lot on Middle Road on January 18.

Both riders were injured and their vehicles damaged.

Boyce was given until October 9 to pay the fine and had ten demerit points added to his licence.
