Man receives six-month ban

A man who admitted three traffic offences has been disqualified from driving for six months.

Brenton Harris, 57, pleaded guilty to using fraudulent documents and two counts of driving an unlicensed car when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Harris, from Pembroke, drove an unlicensed vehicle on April 30, when he used the fraudulent documents, and again on May 27.

Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson fined Harris $3,500 for driving an unlicensed car, $300 for using fraudulent documents, added seven points to his licence and used her discretion to ban him from the roads for six months.
