Burglars struck at a Whaling Hill, Southampton home and made off with $200 in cash and five DVDs.

The complainant said that between 7.45 a.m. on Wednesday and 7.45 a.m. on Thursday an unknown intruder gained entry into the apartment.

A visitor had his wallet taken from Tobacco Bay beach in St. George?s after his clothing was left in the bar area while he went for a swim. The wallet contained personal items and a LG cellular phone.

Burglar chased away

A burglary victim chased a suspect out of his Grape Bay Drive, Paget home at 4.45 a.m. on Sunday.

The victim awoke to find the burglar inside his home. But the crook made his escape on foot with $200 in cash before Police arrived at 5 a.m. Inquiries are underway.

Personal items taken

Police are on the lookout for a thief who stole several personal items from a Ferrars Lane, Pembroke home between 9 a.m. and 5.50 p.m. on Friday.

Police said several DVDs, an unknown amount of coins and cash in Euros and four pairs of ear-rings were stolen.
