A PlayStation 2 game system, 35 games and items of jewellery were stolen from a Middle Road, Devonshire apartment on Wednesday. The culprit entered the premises between 9 a.m. and 5.10 p.m.

Another complainant at the same apartment block has also told Police of a break in at his home on the same date, when $60 cash was stolen.

A visitor to Bermuda had her bag stolen from Warwick Long Bay on Wednesday after leaving it on the beach while she went for a walk. The woman discovered the theft of her Blackberry cellphone, US passport, $150, a digital camera, an Apple iPod and other items at around 12.30 p.m.

A member of the public has reported seeing a man running away from the area. He is described as black, approximately 5ft 5ins, of slim build, clean shaven, with short black hair. He was wearing a red shirt, black shorts and black sneakers and is believed to be 25 to 35 years old. Anyone with information should contact the Police.

A power washer was stolen from a storeroom at the Bermuda Hotel Association building on King Street in Hamilton on Wednesday.

The culprit gained entry to the premises some time between Saturday and Tuesday.

Police are investigating.
