The Development Applications Board (DAB) approved plans for a new apartment complex in Warwick this week.

Final approval was granted by the DAB for the 20 new homes that are soon to be built at 12 Riddell?s Bay Road.

The application was submitted by Max and Jeanne Atherden. The Atherdens were unavailable for comment.
