The husband and wife directors of Rooms for You, Robert and Jennifer Dwinnell, will now face 125 identical counts of pension fraud when their trial restarts on August 16.

Jennifer Dwinnell was charged yesterday, as her husband?s trial was about to begin, for ?deducting and withholding money from employees and failing to pay money together with the portion they owe into the Pension Fund?, Crown counsel Anthony Blackman said.

Mr. Blackman also increased the number of complainants in the case from one to seven people yesterday.

Robert Dwinnell, was charged in February with deducting pension payments from an employee but failing to pay them to the National Pension Fund, and also of not paying the employer?s contribution of the pension.

Dwinnell, 49, of North Shore Road in Pembroke, was charged with the offences at Magistrates? Court as a director of the Galleria Ltd.

His trial was adjourned yesterday because investigations are still underway.

Lawyer Saul Froomkin represents Dwinnell.

It is unclear whether Mr. Froomkin will also act on behalf of Jennifer Dwinnell.
