Butterfield Bank’s share price rose 3.17 percent (four cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.The bank traded 319 shares to close at $1.30.BF&M Ltd also climbed 1.35 percent (20 cents) to $15 with 35,270 shares changing hands.But the Ascendant Group Ltd fell 1.75 percent (25 cents) to $14 as 4,200 shares were transacted.Overall the Index was up 18.34 points (1.63 percent) at 1,143.46 with 39,789 worth $588,193.50 traded.The BSX Insurance Index also rose eight points (0.82 percent) to 981.
