KeyTech fell 15 cents (5.2 per cent) to close at $2.75 on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index, after 2,800 shares in the telecoms group were sold.

The only other stock traded was BF&M, with 1,100 shares being exchanged, but the closing price remaining unchanged at $17.40.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed down 2.05 points (0.16 per cent) at 1,305.63.

The BSX Insurance Index rose 16.70 points (1.06 per cent) to close at 1,598.63.
