A total of 3,005 shares in insurance firm BF&M Ltd traded, leaving its price static at $17.

Bank of Butterfield saw 1,000 shares change hands, leaving it also unchanged at $1.62.

And utilities group Ascendant Group Ltd was also unchanged, remaining at $4.99 after 614 shares moved.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day down 3.42 points or 0.20 per cent at 1,676.78.
