Butterfield booster: the bank gained 2 cents in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index today closed up 9 points, or 0.78 per cent, at 1,163.20.
The sole trade of the day was in the Bank of Butterfield, which saw 5,000 shares worth $8,200 move.
The bank ended the day up 2 cents, or 1.2 per cent, at $1.64.
The BSX Insurance Index closed up 8.75 points, or 0.52 per cent, at 1,678.59.
