Butterfield Bank the lone BSX stock to climb

Butterfield Bank was the only stock to climb in last week’s trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The bank’s shares rose 1 cent, or 0.6 per cent, to close the week on $1.65, as more than 200,000 shares changed hands.
Somers Ltd, parent company of Bermuda Commercial Bank, remained on $13 as 2,000 of its shares were traded.
More than 15,000 BF&M Ltd shares also traded, but the insurer remained unchanged on $17.10.
And KeyTech Ltd stayed at $3 after the trading of 5,000 shares.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index rose 4.5 points, or 0.37 per cent, during the five days of trading. Trading volume was 222,498 shares and turnover topped $649,000.
