Insurance group Argus today rose 20 cents to $4.70 in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.

The 4.4 per cent rise came as 13,200 shares traded.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the Bank of Butterfield dropped 14 cents or 0.43 per cent to $32.34.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 4 points, or 0.21 per cent, at 1,938.78.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 16.55 points, or 0.9 per cent, at 1,852.55.
