Shares of BF&M rose by 10 cents, or 0.5 per cent, to $20.60 after 2,280 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There were no other trades. The index edged up 0.77 points, or 0.04 per cent, to close at 2,005.23.

The BSX Insurance Index fell 19.32 points, or 1.02 per cent, to close at 1,868.66.
