Four stocks end lower
Four stocks fell, and one improved on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index last week.
Shares of One Communications dropped 45 cents, or 18 per cent, to $2.05 after 20,700 shares traded.
Also ending lower was Devonshire Industries, down 25 cents, or 4.3 per cent, after 4,000 share were exchanged.
BF&M Ltd lost 40 cents, or 1.9 per cent, to finish at $20.60 after 3,050 traded, while Bank of Butterfield was $1 lower, or 3 per cent, at $32.50 after 3,750 shares were exchanged.
On the New York Stock Exchange, Butterfield Bank ended the week at $33.13.
Closing higher for the week on the local exchange were shares of Ascendant Group, up 25 cents, or 3 per cent, at $8.50, after 17,300 traded.
The BSX Insurance Index ended the week at 1,894.88, up 6.43 points, or 0.34 per cent.
