Shares of Devonshire Industries Ltd were $1.25 higher, or 29.4 per cent, at $5.50 after 1,000 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

Meanwhile shares of BF&M Ltd were 44 cents higher, or 2.7 per cent at $17 after 183 changed hands.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up 3.89 points, or 0.15 per cent, at 2,579.18.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were up $1.70, or 3.89 per cent, at $45.44.

The BSX Insurance Index was up 22.06, or 1.18 per cent, at 1,891.23.
