BSX Insurance Index surges

There was no trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, but the BSX Insurance Index gained 1.9 per cent
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed unchanged at 2,526.9 after a day of no trading.
Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares gained 14 cents, or 0.3 per cent, to close on $45.77 on the New York Stock Exchange.
The BSX Insurance Index surged 36.23 points, or 1.9 per cent, to close on 1,915.75.
