Argus shares at 52-week low
Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell to a 52-week low of $3.06.
In Bermuda Stock Exchange trading, the insurer fell five cents, or 1.6 per cent, as 11,000 shares changed hands, capping a week in which Argus shares fell 5.8 per cent.
Argus was the only stock to trade on the BSX. The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell one point or 0.04 per cent, to close on 2,308.37.
For the week, the index was down 93.55 points, or 4.05 per cent, driven largely by a 5 per cent fall in Butterfield Bank shares over the five trading days.
US-listed shares of Butterfield slid $1.54, or nearly 4 per cent, to close on $37.25 on the New York Stock Exchange. The bank's previous trade price on the BSX was $38.
The BSX Insurance Index fell 4.01 points, or 0.25 per cent, to close on 1,582.02.
