Argus shares fall 12.5%

Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell 49 cents, or 12.5 per cent, to $3.43 after 10,500 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 80 cents, or 2.46 per cent, at $31.66.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 10.77 points, or 0.5 per cent, at 2,134.14, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 39.84 points, or 2.44 per cent, at 1,592.26.
