Allshores shares climb 3.3% on BSX

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 8.82 points
Shares of Allshores rose 3.3 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading on Wednesday. The insurer climbed 90 cents to close at $28 as 2,800 shares changed hands.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 8.82 points, or 0.24 per cent, to close at 3,754.81. Turnover totalled $78,700.
With the BSX closed on Thursday and Friday for the Cup Match holiday, Wednesday’s Allshores trade was the only trading activity of the week on the BSX among domestic companies.
Meanwhile Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares gained 1.72 per cent in Wednesday’s trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The bank climbed $1.03 to close on $60.94 as 183,613 shares were traded.
