Late. Many times I observe or hear where business owners and others put off taking any action because they feel it is too late to have an impact.

A few years ago my wife, Karen, and I were in Sedona, Arizona for meetings. At that time we met a property developer who had moved to this beautiful place some years before and, upon arriving, noted that it was likely too late for him to have an impact.

Obviously he was still there and certainly had been successful so we asked what he had learned from this experience.

His reply: “I found out that it is never too late!” If you have a dream, it is important to continue to believe regardless of the obstacles and delays. Your courage, commitment, and perseverance will pay off at some point. The key is to never give up trying as great things also happen during the journey!
