Pembroke man denies handling stolen jewellery

A Pembroke man appeared in Magistrates’ Court, charged with handling stolen goods.

Mark Steven Marsh, 26, of Middle Town Lane, denied receiving a stolen gold ring with diamonds and a silver ring, belonging to Denyse Evans.

He is accused of receiving the property between December 17, 2009 and April 13, 2011.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted bail of $3,000, and set a trial date of December 14.
