Man denies stalking ex-girlfriend

A man denied stalking his ex-girlfriend when he appeared at Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Rudell Valentino Pitcher, 35, of Wellington Slip Road, St George’s, is accused of committing the offence against Oneika Burchall on a series of occasions between April 6 and 28.

He denied the charge and pleaded not guilty to entering her Devonshire home without lawful excuse on April 6 and April 28.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner set the matter for trial on July 16, with a mention date on June 13. He set bail of $5,000 with one surety and ordered the defendant to stay away from Ms Burchall and her home and workplace.
