Walker appeared to look around and was in a hurry to exit the area.Police stopped Walker and smelt burned cannabis coming from inside the car, which prompted a search of both Walker and his vehicle.A white paper wrap containing plant material was found on the floor in front of the driving seat, and a plastic wrap with plant material was in Walker’s right hand, which he attempted to conceal in his back right pocket.Walker said: “You’re arresting me for that? You can take that. I have nothing to say, just give me the paper work and let me go.”Magistrate Nicole Stoneham handed Walker a $1,000 fine.
