A 54-year-old man denied sexually assaulting a 35-year-old woman when he appeared at Magistrates’ Court today.The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of committing the offence on September 21.He chose to be tried in Magistrates’ Court and the case was adjourned until December 18.The defendant was released on $4,000 bail with one surety.
